1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Fox Travel's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Booking and Cancellation
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled service
- Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost
- No-shows will be charged the full service amount
3. Payment Terms
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings
- Full payment must be settled before or upon service completion
- We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers
4. Service Rules
- No smoking inside vehicles
- No consumption of alcoholic beverages inside vehicles
- Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times
- Fox Travel reserves the right to refuse service to unruly passengers
5. Liability
Fox Travel is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for our vehicles and passengers.
6. Lost Items
While we will make every effort to locate and return lost items, Fox Travel is not responsible for items left in vehicles. Found items will be held for 30 days.
